How To Change Your JumpCloud Password In The User Portal

This password change happens after you log in to the User Portal with your current JumpCloud credentials. You will use the new password you set the next time you log in to your device and the User Portal. Keep in mind, after changing your JumpCloud password, this password also becomes your Google password. In addition, you may be required to log back into the RIMSD network, Prinix agent, and Google Desktop agent.

To change your password in the JumpCloud User Portal's Security Settings :

1. Go to https://console.jumpcloud.com/login

2. Log in with your current JumpCloud credentials (use full email address)

3. On the left side of the screen, click on “Security”

  1. Click on “Reset Password”

4. Click on the “I don’t see how, continue to portal” button (you may need to scroll down to see this button)

6. Enter your current password then your new password and confirm. Remember that your password needs to include the following:

  1. Minimum of 8 characters
  2. At least one lowercase letter
  3. At least one uppercase letter
  4. At least one number
  5. At least one special character, such as (!@#$%^&*)

7. Your password should now be changed and will sync with your Google account.
