How to create and edit Google Forms

How to set up a new form or quiz:

1. Log into your district google account: google.com

2. Go to forms.google.com.

1. Click Blank .
2. A new form will open.

3. Edit and format

• Edit your form
• Create a quiz with Google Forms
• Choose where to save form responses
