How to update a Chromebook

  1. Power on the Chromebook.
  2. Login to the Chromebook with your district username and password.
  3. Click the time in the bottom right corner of the Chrome OS desktop.
  4. Select the Settings icon.
  5. Click About Chrome.
  6. Click Check for updates.
  7. To apply the update , click the arrow icon and select Restart to Update.
